Meet the Founder

Half Filipina and half American, Julia Quisumbing grew up in the Philippines watching her father, a full-time lawyer, develop and manage a resort remotely. That early exposure sparked her passion for creating well-run, beautiful spaces.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Marketing from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland and a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration from Billy Blue College of Design in Sydney. With training in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, Julia blends design expertise with operational precision.

What began with purchasing and renovating an apartment in Baguio grew into designing and managing additional properties, while building efficient systems for every aspect of short-term rental management. Now based in Sydney, Julia remotely operates a thriving six-figure business while being a full-time mom — supported by her skilled on-ground team in the Philippines, who help deliver seamless guest experiences and provide owners with reliable, worry-free income.
