Stressful, traumatic and expensive. Floors were tied and trundle bed wasn’t made up. Positive: Great view, clean Negative: Do not book this place unless you want an extremely stressful check in ( code supposedly sent an hour before doesn’t actually get sent and you are left stood around in reception for half an hour - in our case with 3 small children. The real issue though that on check out day there was no where to store luggage so host said we would have to book a second night if we wanted to store our luggage till 1500 and refused to simply charge a later checkout fee. She never sent us a new code, meaning our luggage was left locked in the apartment. We had only a couple of hours till we had to leave for our flight, leaving us stuck in the hallway with no one responding or answering message. Ruined our last day in the phillipines, and left my wife in tears as she almost made us miss our flight. . Should not be hosting - avoid!!!!

Good Positive: Clean, modern and good location. Negative: Check in was 3pm and they were supposed to send the PIN code 1 hour before the check in but they didn’t. We called their number couple of times and no answer. So we had a bit of delay in checking in. It’s not actually 2 bedrooms, they created another partition next to the bedroom. There was no tissue in kitchen or living room, it’s a small thing but a bit inconvenient. Toiletries were not refilled. The design of the bathroom is for tall person haha
